Beta terms

Fieldbird is currently a customer beta. Features, limits and pricing may change before general availability. We will give active beta customers notice before introducing charges or materially changing how their workspace is used.

You retain ownership of the reports, photos and other content your organisation submits. You give Fieldbird permission to store, process and transmit that content only as needed to provide and support the service. You are responsible for having authority to upload the content and invite workspace members.

Voice structuring and photo captions are assistance tools. Users must review generated content before submitting or relying on a report. Fieldbird does not replace professional, scientific, legal, regulatory or safety review.

Do not use Fieldbird to break the law, access another organisation, interfere with the service, upload malicious material or submit content you are not authorised to handle.

You may stop using the beta at any time. Email hello@fieldbird.app to request an export or workspace closure. We may suspend a workspace where necessary to protect customers, data or the service.
