Privacy notice

Fieldbird stores account details, organisation membership, field reports, photos, voice-derived structured fields, locations and audit records that you or your organisation submit. Workspace administrators control who can access their organisation.

We use this information to provide authentication, offline syncing, report generation, support and the field-capture features you choose to use. When you use voice, audio is sent for transcription and the resulting transcript is sent for structuring; Fieldbird stores the reviewed structured report rather than the raw audio or transcript. Photo content is sent for an automatic caption when that feature is used.

Fieldbird relies on specialist hosting, database, email and AI providers to operate the service. They receive only the information needed to provide their part of the service and are not authorised by Fieldbird to use customer content for unrelated purposes.

Ask your workspace administrator to correct membership or report information. Workspace owners can request an export or deletion by emailing hello@fieldbird.app. Some audit and backup records may need to be retained for security, legal or recovery purposes.
